Elegant White Blossom Florals with Sweet Kumquat and Subtle Apricot
This thrilling nanolot evokes the captivating origins of arabica coffee, showcasing silky delicacy and vibrant floral citrus notes. From the esteemed La Salsa farm of Benjamin Paz, this tiny plot of elegant plants was seeded with heirlooms from Gedeb Ethiopia.
The results are extraordinary: a deeply nuanced, low-production coffee with ethereal, lustrous textures, layered with bergamot florals, subtle lemon, and fragrant lime.
La Salsa is Benjamin Paz's second visionary farm, planted with exciting and exotic varieties. In the colder, wetter climate of El Cedral, he established experimental plots including Gesha seeds from Panama and SL28 from Kenya.
With La Salsa now renowned for its Cup of Excellence triumphs, Benjamin reveals a secret: a high-altitude plot of Ethiopian heirlooms. We're privileged to bring you the first harvests of this remarkable coffee – yet another groundbreaking offering from Benjamin Paz. Cheers!
