Honduras Los Hermanos 40% |
Anael has been a faithful partner of ours for a nearly a decade managing his own coffee as well as his sister, Reyna, and his brother, Edwin. We've historically served this coffee as "Los Hermanos" as a combined sibling presentation. Anael has guided all of their farms through disease crisis and now into new plantings with a concentration of the popular Parainema variety. Anael’s quiet and humble perseverance is an honor to behold, as is his literal horse whispering and harmonious relationship with all the animals around his farm. Typically these coffees are softer and rounder but the Parainema offers brighter fruit cocktail experience. |
Honduras Las Nieves 40% |
Las Nieves exemplifies the unique terroir of Santa Barbara, grown on the steep, nutrient-rich mountain slopes. We’ve worked closely with this coffee for years, selecting the best lots each season to highlight its distinct qualities. Since 2012, our relationship with producers Milton and Alexi Castellon, introduced by partner Benjamin Paz, has grown alongside our shared journey in specialty coffee. Las Nieves is a testament to the impact of careful cultivation and relational trading, creating a meaningful, collaborative coffee experience. |
