Creamy and Sweet like Lemon Marmalade with Chocolate Covered Cherry
"Cima del Jaguar" means "Jaguar's Peak" and for good reason! The Luque family has shared their farm and land with the local big cats since they moved in...but they try not to share their dogs and chickens!
Eulogio's coffee has been part of our Bolivia lineup since my first visit over a decade ago. I was struck by the rustic simplicity of this farm producing world-class coffee with real personality and class.
Eulogio started with traditional Typica and Caturra varieties but has been experimenting with new plants and methods as his son has grown and learned regenerative farming techniques.
I love each visit to the same rustic farmhouse perched on a mountain ridge, where Eulogio always greets me wearing a different colorful soccer jersey.
This Java lot stands out among the other varieties like a spark of color and fun, unique yet still belonging in its own special way.
